Job Description
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team. This role supports clients through complex financial reporting challenges related to IPOs, M&A, restructurings, and other transformational events. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management, bankers, and legal advisors to deliver high-quality accounting solutions. Responsibilities include technical research, financial reporting analysis, and advising on capital markets transactions. The role offers exposure to high-profile clients and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, purpose-driven team. They will be responsible for the below:
o Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable
o Process billing and payroll transactions
o Code invoices and post cash receipts
o Prepare reconciliation reports
o Conduct general bookkeeping tasks as needed
o Analyze quantitative data using Excel

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
CPA license
Experience with IPOs, M&A, restructurings, or GAAP conversions
Prior Core Assurance experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas Experience in Transaction Services or Deals advisory
Project management capabilities
Proficiency in Alteryx for data transformation and automation
Sector expertise in relevant industries
