Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Engineering Agile Project Manager for a for a direct-hire opportunity at one of our Healthcare Device clients based in Ohio. This role will sit 4x onsite in Versailles, OH, but an opportunity of being out of Cincinnati.
This individual will be responsible for Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects using a hybrid approach that blends traditional project management practices with Agile methodologies. Manage project timelines, risks, issues, scope, decisions, and actions (RISDA) to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile principles to support team collaboration and continuous improvement. Adapt Agile practices to fit both software and non-software environments, ensuring flexibility and effectiveness across diverse teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to align execution with business goals and drive high team performance.

Skills and Requirements
• 3+ years of Agile / Scrum related experience
• Experience working specifically in embedded hardware solutions required
• Experience leading and directing the work of other team members
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Project, Miro, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and other relevant tools
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, testing automation, release automation, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, systems analysis, computer science, or related field, or accredited certification with relevant experience required • Scrum Master certification preferred
• Product Owner certification preferred
