Our client is looking for a dynamic Accounting and Operations Coordinator to help with accounting tasks and daily operations. Day to day priorities include processing invoices, assisting with quotes and POs, monitoring shipments, and communicating with vendors and clients. Strong customer service skills and an accounting background are essential. The salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 per year.

- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles

- Excellent customer service

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Understanding of basic accounting terminology and functions

- Familiarity with QuickBooks
