Job Description
As an Identity and Access Operations Manager for Insight Global, you will oversee daily operational support for identity and access management (IAM) services, focusing on provisioning, privilege management, and Epic account workflows. A significant portion of your time will be spent managing and streamlining the ticket queue, handling escalations/tickets, and ensuring processes and procedures are in place for efficient resolution. You will work hands-on with your team to troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues, including Active Directory operations, Epic provisioning, and SailPoint integration related work. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance, optimize workflows, and support shared platforms across the health system. In addition to operational oversight, you will partner with the Director to drive innovation and implement improvements in IAM processes. The position involves managing privileged access solutions like Keeper, supporting R-Back role-based access controls, and leveraging tools such as ServiceNow for ticketing and automation. While the role is primarily operational rather than engineering-focused, you will play a key part in ensuring security, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Cross-functional communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
• 2+ years of management experience in identity and access operations at an enterprise company
• Track record of improving security issue service delivery processes, procedures, and performance with a history and willingness to drive further technology innovation and automation
• Strong history of managing people and holding a team accountable to certain standards and KPIs
• Experience with identity governance platforms (ex: Okta, Sailpoint, PING)
• Experience with role based access controls (RBAC)
Strong wholistic understanding of all layers of security and how they operate together systematically • Experience with Epic access and security, or any applicable Epic IT background
• Industry certifications (Such as Epic, CIMP, CIAM, Security+, or other related certification)
• Prior technical background as a security engineer
• ServiceNow, Sailpoint, or Keeper experience
More in depth experience with cloud security and computing (Azure preferred)
