Job Description

A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a strategic and hands-on OKR Program Consultant to lead the operationalization of an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) program across a large Digital Portfolio organization.

Responsibilities May Include:

- Develop strategy and OKR road maps

- Engage with executive leadership to ensure alignment throughout the department with execution

- Design training materials to deliver to stakeholders

- Create and implement dashboards to report and measure tracking towards progress

- Ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes

- Excellent communication skills with comfortability engaging with executive leadership
