Job Description

This person will join a team of about 10-12 total members and act as a Business Systems Analyst Tester that works with GPS Business units and various IT departments to translate business requirements into IT specifications and test the results of the final coding. The candidate must be able to understand business and technical requirements to build the test plans.

Skills and Requirements

- 3-5 years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience

- bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer Science or IT

- proficient in SQL and Power BI

- Healthcare or Medicare Part D background

- proactive and a problem solver, critical thinking and math skills

- proficient in Excel including pivot tables

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience

- strong analytical and interpersonal skills - Laker-Software technology platform
