    MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

    Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Quincy, MA

    **Pay:** $18/hour

    **Schedule:** Day shift preferred, flexible hours available

    **Must have:** Valid driver’s license & personal vehicle

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, eating, and light housekeeping

    + Provide companionship, life skill support, and respite care

    + Support care goals outlined in the individual’s Care Plan

    + Maintain progress notes and communicate regularly with your supervisor

    + Build positive relationships with participants and their families

    What You’ll Need:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Active **Home Health Aide (HHA)** certification or **CNA license**

    + Valid **driver’s license** and **personal vehicle**

    + Compassion, reliability, and a desire to help others
