    Job Description

    A global banking client is looking to hire a Product Manager in Phoenix, AZ. This role will report to a team that is responsible for the AML/compliance backend process for all post-approved card member applicants. As a Product Manager specializing in AML, you will oversee the development and enhancement of compliance-focused products and features across their lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Daily tasks include managing the product backlog, prioritizing features that strengthen anti-money laundering capabilities and conducting stakeholder meetings to align on objectives.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 4+ years of proven experience in product management within financial services

     

    - Strong understanding of AML, KYC, or related compliance concepts and frameworks - Direct experience as a product manager overseeing a product that requires heavy compliance specifications in the financial services space
