    Job Description

    IG is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager for a data center build at our Rosemount Data Center in Minnesota. The Construction Manager (CM) provides site-level project management to ensure DEC (Data Center) projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget This role is designed to support our ongoing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. They will also be Reviewing change management both design changes from EOR and from GEC for inflight changes , RFI and scope changes to the project, day to day issue resolution for GC escalations, vendor management / OFCI

     

    Pay for this is between 50-70/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ Years of construction management experience including client facing experience, managing a general constructor or trade partners.

     

    5+ years working in a mission critical / data center space.

     

    5+ years change management

     

    5+ years MEP experience
