2. Team Overview

You will join the People Systems team within the IT group, which builds and provides essential services and infrastructure to enable productivity, resilience, and rapid growth across the business. We focus on optimizing business processes and technology, including enterprise platforms such as Workday, to support employees worldwide.

3. Role Overview

A Technology firm is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday) to own and evolve our global Workday HCM, Reporting, Onboarding, Lifecycle Management modules. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Systems,you will drive key projects, partner with stakeholders across functions, and ensure our systems deliver operational excellence and scale with our continued growth.

4. Duties

The impact you will have:

• Lead end-to-end configuration, optimization, and support for Workday and other systems relating to Time Tracking, Absence, Core HR, Compensation, ensuring alignment with local labor regulations and business needs.

• Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects that enhance absence, and payroll processes, improving system accuracy, auditability, and compliance.

• Act as the subject matter expert for Workday configuration and business process design, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT Engineering, and other stakeholders.

• Identify, analyze, and address operational inefficiencies and interdependencies, recommending technical or procedural improvements to meet organizational objectives.

• Support multi-quarter technology roadmaps and contribute to best practices, onboarding, and mentoring team members in line with company values.

PR: $10/hr-$12/hr

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Workday Lifecycle Management and Onboarding.

• Deep understanding of configuration, business process design, data flows, integrations, and compliance across global regions (e.g., FLSA, US, Brazil).

• Proven project management experience driving delivery of high-impact system/process enhancements.

• Experience partnering with business leaders, engineers, and end users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
