Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Manage and optimize network infrastructure using Cisco Meraki, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.

Oversee identity and access management, compliance, and security best practices across cloud and on-prem systems.

Develop automation workflows and self-service capabilities to streamline IT operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with organizational goals.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively recommend improvements.

Create dynamic group management flows.

Implement approval workflows for self-service requests.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in systems engineering, network administration, or IT infrastructure roles.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint) and Azure services.

Proficiency with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Intune.

Strong understanding of OS patching, configuration management, and deployment processes.

Proficiency in automation tools (PowerShell, Terraform, etc.) and configuration management.

Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
