Job Description

My client in Washington DC is seeking an acquisitions analyst to join their team. Their day to day responsibilities will include summarizing offering memorandums and related deal offering material, handling real property tax analysis, rent roll analysis, rent comparable analysis, historical income statement analysis, market analysis, and deal opportunity tracking - mostly all through high level excel functions.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Development, or Economics

- Strong excel modeling skills

- 0-3 year's of experience in a real estate acquisition role LIHTC experience/understanding
