    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is hiring for a Tutoring Program Coordinator to work onsite in Solon, OH. The Tutoring Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of a tutoring program that supports students’ academic success. This role involves recruiting and training tutors, coordinating tutoring sessions, tracking student progress, and maintaining strong communication with families, staff, and community partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Management

     

    Develop and oversee daily operations of the tutoring program.

     

    Coordinate student enrollment, assessments, and tutor assignments.

     

    Maintain program schedules and ensure adequate tutor coverage.

     

    Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements.

     

    Tutor Recruitment & Development

     

    Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified tutors and volunteers.

     

    Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support.

     

    Evaluate tutor performance and offer constructive feedback.

     

    Student Support & Engagement

     

    Assist students with homework, projects, test prep, and academic tasks.

     

    Track attendance, progress, and outcomes using data tools.

     

    Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and teachers.

     

    Foster high student engagement and participation.

     

    Administrative & Compliance

     

    Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.

     

    Manage program budget and resources efficiently.

     

    Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies.

     

    Outreach & Communication

     

    Promote the tutoring program within schools and the community.

     

    Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the program at events.

     

    Coordinate substitute coverage and communicate changes promptly.

     

    Compensation: $19-22/hr.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    Required

    Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field.

     

    Minimum 3 years of experience in tutoring, teaching, or program coordination.

     

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.

     

    Preferred

     

    Valid Ohio Driver’s License.

     

    Experience with educational software (e.g., Elluminate, Teams).

     

    Bilingual abilities are a plus.
