• Remote Epic Willow Analyst

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Sr. Epic Willow analyst to join our team. This analyst will be assisting with the acquisitions of new hospitals onto our Epic platform. Responsibilities:

     

    • Serve as the primary support contact for end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to the Epic Willow application.

    • Initiate and oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders, end-users, and other application team members to ensure the application meets the organization's need

    • Analyze clinical workflows and validate the impacts of the Epic Willow application on these workflows.

    • Identify areas for improvement and guide the implementation of changes to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access

    • Maintain regular communication with team members, including participating in weekly project team meetings.

    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Epic Willow application

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3-5 years of Epic Willow experience

    • Certs:

     

    o Willow Ambulatory

     

    o Willow Inpatient

    o Willow Inventory

    • Compass Rose experience

    • Strong communication and presentation skills
