Job Summary:
**ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG)** is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — either a **Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)** — to join our healthcare team as a Primary Care provider at our corporate partner Stellantis.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across **Primary Care** services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
+ Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm
+ Weekly call rotation: 1 in 4 weeks
+ No weekend requirements
+ Support: 1 Physician, 2 APPs, Office Manager, Dietician, Behavioral Health Therapist, Pharm D, Physical Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, RN, MA, Patient Service Coordinators
+ Primary Care practice for Stellantis employees and their dependents
Requirements:
+ Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
+ Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
+ Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
+ Certificate of Authority to practice.
+ Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS,
+ etc.).
+ Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
