Sodexo is seeking a **Food Operations Manager 3** for **Children's Hospital of Orange County** in Orange, CA—a nationally ranked, 334-bed pediatric hospital. This role oversees **catering, retail, and patient dining** , ensuring quality, compliance, and engagement. Ideal candidates bring high-volume food service experience and a passion for leadership.

    What You'll Do

    + Oversee daily operations for catering, retail, and patient dining programs

    + Ensure food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance

    + Partner with clinical and operational teams to support patient satisfaction

    + Lead and develop frontline staff to drive engagement and performance

    + Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective strategies

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
