    The role you'll contribute:

    The Surgical Technologist II is responsible for the assembly, set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of the sterile field including instruments, equipment, and supplies used for surgical cases. They assist the surgeons, and other members of the surgical team as appropriate within their scope of practice. The surgical technologist also participates in the care of the surgical patient.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent

    + BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association _Preferred_

    + Associates Degree or Graduate of a Technical School _Preferred_

    + Graduate of an accredited school for Surgical Technology _Preferred_

    + 1 Year of Position-Related Experience _Preferred_

    + Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) _Preferred_
