    The College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) has an exciting opening for a Digital Production Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position.

     

    The Digital Production Coordinator manages the creation and coordination of digital communication materials that support the College of Arts & Sciences’ outreach and engagement efforts. This is a self-directed position responsible for both project and software troubleshooting, as well as process improvements. This role is vital in building and sending email communications sent to a wide range of audiences associated with and interested in the College of Arts & Sciences, including specific departments and divisions within the College.

    What You Will Do:

    _Digital Communication Coordination and Management (65%)_

    + Manage project timelines, deadlines and content related to digital communications, including newsletters, notifications, appeals, event communications and registration sites.

    + Field questions and requests from departments and help manage the digital communications production calendar to ensure a collaborative and strategic distribution of production deadlines and on-time project completion.

    + Manage project confirmations and content deadline reminders to ensure projects stay on track and on schedule.

    + Serve as a subject matter expert by fielding questions and providing timely guidance and consult to colleagues. Distribute relevant resources and guides, provide troubleshooting support, and develop strategic recommendations.

    + Ensure all content is developed in compliance with accessibility policies and best practices.

    _Digital Communication Production (30%)_

    + Build and send digital communications that adhere to brand requirements, digital communications best practices and communication goals.

    + Produce and manage creative digital projects and concepts that help promote the CAS brand as well as its programs and learning centers.

    + Help develop tailored outreach plans and approaches that support engagement and communication goals.

    _Digital Communication Analysis (5%)_

    + Create reports on digital communication pieces, ensuring suitable audience list segmentation and providing engagement data to appropriate stakeholders.

    + Measure the effectiveness of digital outreach strategies and recommend adjustments, as needed.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree AND two years of related experience.

     

    Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.

    + Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, skills and concepts into existing systems and protocols while continuously seeking improvements.

    + Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with project management systems and Microsoft Office suite for correspondence, special reports, spreadsheets, databases, forms, etc.

    Pay Range Minimum:

    $65,400.00 annual

    Pay Range Maximum:

    $68,004.00 annual
