**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) or 3rd Shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM)

**Pay Rate:** 2nd Shift – $19.50/hr | 3rd Shift – $20.00/hr

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking **Inspection Technicians** to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll be part of a team ensuring every part, assembly, and system meets the exacting standards that define aerospace excellence. What You’ll Do

As an **Inspection Technician** , you will perform hands-on inspections to ensure compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications. Your work helps guarantee the quality, reliability, and safety of aerospace components that power flight around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Inspect electronic units and mechanical components using precision tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers.

+ Read and interpret **blueprints, specifications, and quality procedures** .

+ Perform **receiving, in-process, and final inspections** , including First Article approvals.

+ Operate **computer systems** to record and track inspection data.

+ Verify accuracy and completeness of **work order documentation** .

+ Conduct **visual and physical inspections** of subassemblies and finished units.

+ Complete **First Article Inspections (FAI)** and related reports.

+ Perform **Preliminary Material Reviews (PMR)** as needed.

+ Support and adhere to **EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement (CI)** standards.

+ Work overtime or extended shifts as required to meet production goals.

What You Bring

Basic Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

+ Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift (indicate preference on your resume).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience with mechanical or electronic inspection.

+ Familiarity with **measuring instruments** and **quality assurance processes** .

+ Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

**Pay Details:** $19.50 to $20.00 per hour
