    Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled **Sr Production Schedule** r with strong real-world experience in **SAP** and materials management to support production planning and inventory control within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

     

    You’ll lead and support cross-functional teams, resolve material-related issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead team efforts to meet performance metrics and production goals

    + Execute and monitor materials operations, ensuring alignment with planning and inventory control procedures

    + Release production orders and maintain execution schedules

    + Identify and escalate supply gaps for critical products

    + Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, operations, and quality teams to resolve material issues

    + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures

    + Apply Operating System principles and support process improvements

    + Analyze inventory data and apply solutions to optimize material flow

    + Support project teams and contribute to strategic planning initiatives

    Required Qualifications

    + **1+ years** of planning experience in a **manufacturing environment**

    + **Strong SAP experience** in materials planning and inventory control

    + Effective communication and problem-solving skills

    + Experience pulling and analyzing data to support planning decisions

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    + In-depth experience with **MRP/ERP systems**

    + Knowledge of **Lean, Six Sigma** , and continuous improvement methodologies

    + Experience in **project management** and cross-functional collaboration

    + Background in **materials management** within aerospace or similar industries
