**Make a difference every day.** As a **Plasma Center Training Supervisor** , you’ll lead a team that helps collect high-quality plasma used to create life-saving medicines. Reporting to the Center Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations and support staff in meeting performance and quality goals.

**Must Haves :** Training Experience, On-the-job teaching experience, time management skills, multi-tasking, ability to work independently as well as within a team, great communicator.

What You’ll Do:

+ Oversee training, cross-training, and annual certifications

+ Review quality control records and ensure compliance

+ Lead new hire orientation and support recruitment

+ Motivate and coach staff to meet operational standards

+ Address donor and employee concerns with leadership support

+ Promote safety, service, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ CPR/AED certification

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 50 lbs)

+ Strong attention to detail and equipment monitoring

+ Comfortable with PPE and extended glove use

The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
