Position Overview
The Product Marketing Launch Director will own the go-to-market strategy for our truck portfolio, ensuring each launch, dealer enablement effort, and segment strategy translates into market share growth and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
+ Lead go-to-market strategy for all International brand commercial trucks, from regional haul tractors to severe service vocational products.
+ Develop value propositions and product positioning for key market segments: long-haul, regional haul, vocational, municipal, and specialty applications.
+ Plan and execute new product introductions — including launch strategy, sales enablement, and dealer readiness.
+ Integrate Voice of Customer insights into marketing plans and product messaging.
+ Create sales tools, training, and programs to strengthen dealer and fleet sales performance.
+ Represent the brand at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events.
+ Develop segment-specific strategies for fleets, leasing companies, owner-operators, and government buyers.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Brand
+ Communications, and Dealer Network Development.
+ Manage and develop marketing team members to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree
+ At least 12 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
+ At least 6 years management experience
OR
+ Master's degree
+ At least 10 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
+ At least 6 years management experience
OR
+ At least 14 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
+ At least 6 years management experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing enablement tools.
