Position Overview
The Marketing team at International Motors is seeking a dynamic, future-forward and results driven digital marketing leader who thrives in building innovative solutions to strengthen Brand awareness, drive demand generation and support dealer enablement. The Individual in this role will be responsible for critical digital assets as part of our Marketing Infrastructure and will serve as the digital marketing SME on the team.
This role will oversee several public-facing websites, drive the transition from traditional website engagement to innovative Agentic AI solutions, and manage our email marketing strategy and operations. The Associate Marketing Director will also be responsible for ensuring the effective use of marketing technology tools, while overseeing performance management and optimization across all digital marketing channels.
Natural passion for customer-centric thinking, brand reputation & consideration and actionable insights-based performance management is necessary to succeed in the role. Prior experience in Digital Marketing within the B2B Industrials/Heavy Duty Machinery/Transportation Industry with a focus on dealer/distributor network is preferred.
Responsibilities
+ Own strategy & operations for several website properties aligned with broader Digital Ecosystem.
+ Lead ideation, design & operational efforts for AI-first approach to drive effectiveness & efficiency of website impact and value creation across multiple stakeholders.
+ Build & own the 3-year roadmap for Website Maturity evolution and influence/shape investment and effort needs aligned to the roadmap.
+ Own performance & measurement of Website – both backend & frontend KPIs.
+ Monitor website performance, user experience, SEO, and analytics to optimize customer journeys.
+ Lead agency partner relationship for Website, eCRM infrastructure, and related MarTech tools.
+ Serve as Digital Marketing SME on cross-functional and complimentary initiatives that have an intersect from a capability, integration needs, performance influence/impact standpoint.
+ Partner with Marketing, Digital and IT teams to design and deploy new digital solutions powered by Agentic AI.
+ Ensure smooth integration of AI-driven tools into the marketing ecosystem to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
+ Own the email marketing strategy, operations & performance framework in context to multi-channel Integrated Marketing campaigns.
+ Define segmentation, personalization, testing, and automation framework & operational tools to maximize prospect & customer engagement and conversion.
+ Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
+ Evaluate and implement new tools that enhance efficiency, performance tracking, and customer experience.
+ Evolve existing performance dashboards & frameworks to align with Industry best practices and customer-first marketing activation.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 12 years of marketing experience
+ At least 6 years of management experience
OR
+ Master’s degree
+ At least 10 years of marketing experience
+ At least 6 years of management experience
OR
+ At least 14 years of marketing experience
+ At least 6 years of management experience
