Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Creative Design Manager you'll play a pivotal part on our creative design team.
The Creative Design Manager is responsible for creative design applications across both internal and external collateral. In this leadership role, the manager ensures adherence to corporate brand standards and provides creative direction. The position manages the design output of the creative material of various media, including graphics, print, video, audio, and other multimedia production to meet standards of professionalism appropriate to the project(s).

Summary of Duties:
• Transform creative strategy into a compelling narrative and framework.
• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts applying design principles across integrated marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, including print, digital, photo, video, events, social media, product design, content, copywriting, and strategic messaging.
• Drive and elevate the creative process, ensuring team output aligns with brand and corporate standards, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Support internal customers such as product marketing, corporate marketing, product development, production, sales, engineering, and communications to develop and execute multi-media design concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and lead creative discussions to achieve client goals.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, providing quality control and final approvals.
• Oversee post-production direction of multimedia, photographic, and digital/printed materials.
• Manage archive and retrieval systems for digital assets and track visibility of multiple team projects.
• Ability to scale ideas and solutions to fit budget, brand, timelines, and environments.
• Experience working with international clients, incorporating their input to enhance objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage creative staff, interns, and external consultants.

Candidate skills & requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of design, art direction, creative and event direction and management experience. Portfolio and demo reel required.
Computer Skills:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Highly proficient in design software packages including: Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesigg
• Proficient in multimedia software packages including: Adobe Creative Cloud – Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition
• Proficient with Artificial Intelligence tools with the ability to adopt and apply these tools to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and expedite project delivery.
Other Skills:
• Strong time management skills to organize, set, negotiate, and implement priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to coordinate and negotiate schedules, workflow, and requests across departments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in design and brand communications.
• Access to a network of creative collaborators such as art directors, copywriters, designers, filmmakers, illustrators, editors, animators, suppliers, and fabricators.
