In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Staffing Manager you will support our client’s requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting in the Washington Metropolitan Area. This position requires an active Security Clearance.

     

    Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. You will interact with customer personnel at all levels within the organization to:

     

    + Source, attract and screen qualified candidates for open positions

    + Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate the selection process

    + Manage and onboard new employees into the company

    + Develop staffing plans and strategies to meet the organization’s workforce needs

    + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

    + Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records of candidates and employees.

    + Staying up-to-date on and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

    Required Qualifications

    + Active TS/SCI Clearance

    + A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    + Prior experience as a Recruiter or Staffing Manager

    + Ability to plan and organize tasks independently

    + Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to pose creative solutions to staffing challenges

    + Skilled in identifying and attracting talented individuals.

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    + Strong relationship-building skills.
