About the Team

The Walmart Connect Revenue Finance team is a data-driven, results-oriented group focused on partnering with senior business leaders, executive finance leadership, and the Chief Revenue Office to influence decisions and drive shareholder value. We collaborate closely with Strategy, Business Operations, Product, and Sales to support the development and execution of strategic programs. As a key member of this team, you’ll help deliver financial excellence and support Walmart’s mission to help customers save money and live better.

What you'll do...

+ Partner with key internal stakeholders, including Strategy, Business Operations, Product, and Sales, to support the development and execution of strategic programs for Walmart Connect.

+ Develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP) financial projections in collaboration with the Business Operations team.

+ Create materials to communicate financial results and business impact to leadership, tailoring insights for broad audiences including senior executives.

+ Perform ad hoc analysis, including financial modeling and data analysis, to develop operational and strategic insights across the revenue organization.

+ Drive reporting that leads to action, tracking results and identifying new opportunities to improve performance.

+ Identify and resolve operational gaps and inefficiencies, providing feedback to management and supporting continuous process improvement.

+ Provide accurate financial projections and variance analysis, explaining variations and answering questions regarding financial issues.

What you’ll bring:

+ Strong financial acumen and experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, ideally within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

+ Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect the dots across complex systems and break down large problems into actionable steps.

+ Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, able to tailor insights for different audiences and influence without authority.

+ Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships, aligning stakeholders with competing priorities.

+ High sense of urgency, discipline, and organization, with a track record of executing and delivering results.

+ Comfort operating in ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
