• CNC Machinist - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift

    Position Overview:

    This position is responsible for setup and operating CNC production machines to manufacture parts to meet customer orders. Experience preferred. Overtime Available!

    Job Duties:

    + Maintain production equipment to meet customer orders.

    + Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material specifications, drawings, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting dimensions and tolerances.

    + Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

    + Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufactures instructions; troubleshooting malfunction.

    + Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

    + Maintain production and quality records.

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    + Basic math

    + Blueprint reading

    + Basic knowledge of G and M codes.

    + Utilize various measuring gages.

    + Attention to detail and communication skills, oral and written.

    Education and Experience:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required

    + Minimum 1 year experience as a CNC machine operator
