We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of innovative and cutting-edge data management, situational awareness, and AI/ML software solutions for the Federal Government. Responsibilities:
+ Facilitate the process to collect and define client requirements for data management, situational awareness, mission management, and AI/ML software solutions.
+ Provide expert advice and recommendations on process best practices within IC and DoD environments.
+ Perform analysis on business and systems processes to identify improvements that align with strategic objectives.
+ Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and challenges, and develop recommended solutions that meet their needs.
+ Interact and communicate with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel across functional teams.
+ Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
+ Maintain deep knowledge of relevant COTS applications and configure/design functional solutions including reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions.
+ Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to IC and DoD environments.
+ Translate business requirements into technical specifications that development teams can implement.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Top Secret Clearance required with SCI eligibility
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
+ 10+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis, with focus on data management, situational awareness, mission management, and AI/ML software solutions
+ Demonstrated experience working with US Government agencies, particularly IC and DoD
+ Experience with agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
+ Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, including senior-level clients
+ Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and driving projects forward
+ This role requires a recognized master in technical discipline who implements strategic goals, establishes operational plans, develops innovative solutions, and communicates effectively with executive leadership

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$105,100-$231,100
