Pay Rate:
_The pay rate for this job is $32 - $32 / hour*_
What you'll be doing as a Shop Supervisor:
+ Direct and Supervise 8 - 12 crew members
+ Improve efficiency, quality, and cost control
+ Manage and direct all aspect of departments
+ Lead group to meet business objectives, safety, quality, productivity, delivery
+ Meet production and quality requirements
+ Teach and Train staff
+ Maintenance on operating equipment
+ Space planning of shop
+ labor planning
+ Assign work duties and maintain schedule
+ Following budget planning
+ Schedule daily pick-ups and deliveries
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
+ Experience in Piping projects
+ In depth knowledge with GMAW, SMAW, FCAW applications.
+ Experience working in commercial fabrication
+ Reading and following drawings and manuals
+ Familiar with standard fabrication concepts
+ Must be familiar with cargo tank inspections and inspections procedures
+ Scheduling crews and job timelines
+ Fabrication / welding quality control requirements
+ Familiar with ASME code related requirements and documentation
+ Experience doing material takeoffs/ ordering materials for new jobs
+ People Skills/ delegating to coworkers and communication to leadership
+ Education - HS diploma
+ Must have own tools
+ 10 years fabrication/ welding with at least 5 years minimum in fabrication shop supervisory role
+ Background check and drug test required
