    What You’ll Do

    • Process supplier payments in line with contract terms, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager

    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supplier issues and manage escalations with the COE team

    • Perform statement reconciliations for assigned suppliers to resolve discrepancies, recover duplicates, or address overpayments

    • Use your **advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions) to analyze data and ensure accuracy

    What We’re Looking For

    • **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)

    • **5–7 years of Accounts Payable experience** , including handling complex reconciliations and escalations (required)

    • **Advanced Microsoft Excel skills** (required)

    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
