The Opportunity

We are seeking a **seasoned Account Executive** to join our team and help lead a **rebuild of the Minneapolis market** . This role requires a consultative relationship builder who thrives on **hunting for new business** and enjoys building lasting partnerships with clients.

+ **Base Salary Range:** $75,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)

+ **Compensation Potential:** Competitive commission structure with significantly higher earning potential

+ **Location:** 100% in-office with the majority of time spent **out in the field canvassing, networking, and meeting with prospective clients**

What You’ll Do

+ Develop new business with both **strategic, high-volume staffing accounts** and **high-margin local businesses** .

+ Expand and retain existing customer accounts to increase market share and profitability.

+ Create and present customized proposals, contracts, and pricing models.

+ Deliver a **consultative sales approach** , providing workforce solutions that address client needs.

+ Build strong relationships through networking, field canvassing, and consistent client engagement.

+ Drive sales activity to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

+ **2+ years of staffing agency sales experience required**

+ **Strong track record of consultative sales and business development.**

+ **High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a market.**

+ **Comfortable with** **cold calling, prospecting, and networking** **to generate new business.**

+ **Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**

+ **Knowledge of competitive staffing trends and market conditions.**

+ **Ability to work daily in-office and spend most of the time in the field meeting prospective clients.**
