    SUMMARY

    The Account Analysis Associate supports our Treasury Management team by onboarding client accounts into the Analyzed system and setting up billing plans for a variety of Treasury Management products. This associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing setup, resolving client billing issues, and recreating Account Analysis statements when necessary. The role requires adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, including proper documentation and meticulous recordkeeping.

     

    This associate responds to inquiries related to Account Analysis activities from internal partners, applying sound decision-making skills and thorough follow-through. The ideal candidate offers exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and is able to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

     

    **Location:** Memphis, TN

    **Hours:** Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM or 8AM to 5PM

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

    + Service/support to internal business partners through email, phone calls and SharePoint maintenance requests.

    + Setup new customers using Hogan screens.

    + Maintenance on existing customers profiles.

    + Process refunds requested by Bank officers and Sales team.

    + Reanalyze statements with corrections and release to print and archive.

    + Reconcile department general ledger.

    + Quality check behind other associates to ensure no customers are impacted.

    + Providing updates and changes to instructions via On-line system. Other duties include maintaining reports, keeping accurate records for reconciling and tracking purposes, and meeting quality goals and standards established by management.

    + Maintain good relationships with clients and team members.

    REQUIREMENTS

    + High School diploma required; degree preferred or equivalent experience/working knowledge of banking/operations

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)

    + Strong analytical skills

    + Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service

    + Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given

    + Excellent organizational and customer service skills
