THE WORK

The Supply Chain Excellence Lead position will play a critical part in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the entire TLS Sourcing organization\. The SCE Lead will help identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and manage projects from inception to completion\. The SCE lead will also work with other SCE leads across other lines of business to collaborate and leverage best practices\.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing existing supply chain metrics and ensuring alignment with Key Corporate Commitments

• Identifying and addressing gaps in current performance measurement

• Supporting the development and execution of the Sourcing Excellence Plan

• Assisting in facilitating Structured Improvement Activities \(SIAs\) with a focus on streamlining and mistake proofing sourcing processes

• Identifying opportunities for automation and technology insertion

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines

• Experience with managing several high\-visibility projects through execution with data\-driven results

• SAP experience

Desired Skills:

• Can lead projects independently with minimal oversight

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification with experience in successful usage of LSS tools

• Experience creating and managing excellence plans

• Supply chain experience

• Experience deploying automation projects

• Experience with Tableau and Alteryx software

• P2P experience

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
