As the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you will lead the development and execution for all internal communications strategies that align teammates with the company’s mission, vision, and goals. You will be responsible for managing all corporate, functional, and cultural communication initiatives, and for leading the internal communications team to execute against enterprise and team objectives. This role manages all C-Suite executive communications, alongside developing and coordinating internal events such as Town Halls, All Hands, internal teammate events and launches.
In this role, you will report into the Vice President of Communications, lead the Internal Communications team, and partner with leaders across the company.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute internal communications strategies that align and support the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
+ Lead cross-functional projects that supports strategic initiatives in alignment with the Commercial Team and other Business Unit’s.
+ Translate complex technical and business updates into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences across the enterprise.
+ Draft and manage executive communications, including All Hands, leadership updates, organizational announcements, and sensitive change messaging.
+ Own and manage internal communication channels (Teams, intranet, newsletters, digital signage, video updates) and maintain an editorial calendar.
+ Oversee and direct the team that creates and manages content on the company intranet site, display screens, and other mediums.
+ Plan and deliver company-wide events and cultural campaigns that celebrate milestones, amplify values, and foster teammate engagement.
+ Partner with departments to communicate policies, programs, and compliance/safety requirements with clarity and impact.
+ Establish feedback loops, measure effectiveness of communications, and surface teammate insights to leadership.
+ Support crisis and sensitive communications with transparency, consistency, and empathy.
+ Build and nurture strong relationships across senior and executive leadership.
+ Serve as the teammate advocate by building strong, collaborative relationships with teammates at all levels.
Required Skills and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 6 years professional experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence and partner within a diverse/complex organization to help drive business results
+ Proven experience supporting C-Suite executives and senior leaders through messaging, presentations, or strategic communications.
+ Experience in directing and executing change management communications.
+ Experience in directing and executing teammate experience and events for cultural initiatives.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, and measurement of results.
+ Track record of proactively identifying problems, proposing solutions, and successfully implementing improvements.
+ Phenomenal verbal and written communication, and copywriting skills
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preffered Skills and Experience
+ Experience in writing for a variety of different audiences is also desired, including creative writing skills, blogging, and vlogging
+ Experience designing and building intranets or other knowledge management or teammate engagement portals
+ Experience working with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator
+ Experience with multimedia content creation such as video and interactive newsletters
+ Eye for graphic design to produce visuals to accompany internal company ads and articles.
+ Experience in publishing content on SharePoint

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $107,850.00–$164,550.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
