    We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving complex problems with data. In this role, you’ll be a trusted financial partner to leaders across the business building models, analyzing performance, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is not only strong in Excel and financial modeling, but also detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable. You’ll work closely with business partners, often on ad-hoc projects with limited guardrails, which requires a self-starter mindset, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to simplify complex data into meaningful insights.

    What You Will Do

    + **Forecasting & Planning** – Facilitates weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast updates, annual planning, and long-range planning processes in partnership with business teams.

    + **Performance Insights** – Provide reporting and analysis of business performance, explaining drivers of results and highlighting risk & opportunities.

    + **Ad-hoc Analysis** – Build and maintain robust financial models and perform deep-dive analyses to support decision-making across the organization.

    + **Business Partnering** – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear recommendations.

    + **Storytelling with Data** – Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, digestible insights that influence senior leadership decisions.

    + **Continuous Improvement** – Perform root-cause analysis, recommend solutions, and apply learnings to improve future forecasting and business cases.

    + **Strategic Support** – Develop business cases for major initiatives, including modeling risks, trade-offs, and key performance metrics.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and 3 Years Experience in finance or analytical role with a public company, public accounting, or related

    + 3 or more years of finance or analytical experience (public company, public accounting, or similar).

    + Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.

    + Experience with financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting.

    + Ability to communicate complex information clearly both in writing and presentations.

    + Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills/Education

    + Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

    + 5 or more years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or related field.

    + Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, Essbase).

    + Experience with analytical and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL).

    + Strong business acumen with a track record of driving insights and influencing decisions.
