Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated **Travel Clinical Dietitian I** for the J **efferson Health System, based at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.** This position will provide clinical coverage at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, Jefferson Montgomery Hospital and occasionally at other campuses in the surrounding Southeast Pennsylvania area.

Job Responsibilities

+ Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs

+ Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes

+ Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care

+ Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed

+ Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's or master?s degree in nutrition or a related field.

+ Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or RD eligibile

+ At least one year of clinical experience preferred

+ Licensed Dietitian status in Pennsylvania required

+ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Conditions of employment include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
