    Boeing Global Services (BGS),** **Distribution Business,** is looking for an **Associate/Experienced Supplier Quality Specialist** to join our team in **O Fallon, MO.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Conduct onsite supplier audits and assessments of systems, processes and products to evaluate compliance with contractual, regulatory and internal requirements.

    + Plan, execute and document audit activities including formal audit reports.

    + Perform source inspections to verify products, materials and processes meet engineering drawings, and specifications.

    + Manage and maintain the organization's Self Release audit and maintenance processes and report any areas of concern to the Supplier Performance Team for action implementation.

    + Lead root cause investigations for supplier-related nonconformances using formal problem-solving tools and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.

    + Create, track and verify corrective action plans; follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and effective implementation and closure of actions; assess effectiveness and prevent recurrence.

    + Maintain accurate records of supplier qualifications, approvals, audit findings, inspection results and CAPA status in quality management systems.

    + Produce monthly Supplier Performance data, including but not limited to Supplier Scorecards data.

    + Compile analytical Supplier Performance data and work with the team to provide focused areas for action and improvement, both internally and within the Supply Chain.

    + Generate periodic strategic Supplier Risk Analysis to drive the Supplier Performance team's objectives and goals within the Supply Chain.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    + Travel domestically to supplier sites (up to 50% of time) to conduct audits and follow-ups as required.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 3 or more years of experience in supplier quality, supplier auditing, source inspection or related quality engineering roles preferably in the Aerospace industry.

    + Experience analyzing data, also identifying and monitoring KPI’s.

    + Proven experience in corrective action resolution techniques and tools.

    + Ability to take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and achieve business results.

    + Ability to work independently in a field environment and manage multiple supplier interactions and projects.

    + Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders.

    + Proficiency in all other MS Office applications (i.e. Access, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

    + Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field of study.

    + Certification as a lead auditor (e.g., ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9120 Lead Auditor).

    + Experience with supplier development and negotiation of corrective action agreements.

    + Experience with quality management software and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).

    + Procedures & work instruction writing experience.

    + Strong work ethic.

    **Summary pay range Level 2** $59,000.00 - $83,000.00

    **Summary pay range Level 3** $73,000.00 - $104,000.00
