Boeing Global Services** is seeking an **Entry/Associate Inventory Modeling Tech Specialist** to join the team in **Mesa, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Performs or maintains routine inventory procedures, assists in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.

+ Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving

+ Champions culture of quality, learning, trust, and collaborative energy

+ Assess performance of models and analysis and confirm that business objectives were met

+ Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment

+ Builds and manages data sets/modeling records to run models and simulations

+ Identify process and system improvements and support business decisions

+ Gathers, cleans and verifies accuracy, and analyzes data to develop and manage multiple data sets

+ Run demand forecasting, strategic optimization, initial spares models and logistics simulations on complex projects

+ Analyzes, manipulates, updates and optimizes models

+ Uses models to estimate resource needs

+ Uses tools, models and simulations to identify process and system improvements

+ Assesses supply chain practices to improve cost and cycle time

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Experience in Data analytics

+ Experience using or applying statistical and mathematical concepts to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality deliver

+ Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in Data analytics

+ Great communication skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced production environment

+ Programming experience in Python

+ Experience with statistical software (e.g., R) and database languages (e.g., SQL).

+ Strong team player and passion to execute projects with a focus on customer and value

+ Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, economics, quantitative finance, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or related field of engineering

+ Demand forecasting and/or data simulation experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

**Summary pay range Entry Level** $49,000.00 - $70,000.00

**Summary pay range Associate Level** $59,000.00 - $83,000.00
