The **Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Phantom Works** team is seeking an **Associate** or **Experience Equipment & Tool Engineer** to support in **Hazelwood, MO** .

Position Responsibilities:

+ Supports the evaluation of program and project requirements, develops moderately complex equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions for the Production System.

+ Compiles and analyzes technical data to determine the effects on product engineering design and rate estimates for equipment and tooling.

+ Ensures compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.

+ Validates contractual performance milestones, maintains configuration control, conducts reviews, prepares plans for productions readiness, preventative maintenance, and spares.

+ Conducts training for Production and Maintenance personnel.

+ Develops and implements moderately complex work-arounds and maintains configuration of hardware, software and documentation.

+ Supports studies for disposition of assets.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

+ An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

+ This position requires the ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires **U.S. Citizenship only** .

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

+ 2+ years’ experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Tool Engineering

+ 2+ years’ experience with NX and/or CATIA 3D systems

+ 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

+ **Level 3 (Experienced):** 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications

+ Experience designing and fabricating assembly and test fixture solutions

+ Experience developing conceptual designs for tooling fixtures

+ Experience working closely with a cross functional engineering team

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 2: $76,500 - $103,500

Level 3: $90,100 - $121,900
