Manpower Engineering is exclusively partnering with an industry leading, well-established and growing company in Milwaukee, WI on a highly visible and direct hire/permanent Production Lead position that’s available due to continued growth and has strong development and advancement opportunities. The company is succession planning and seeking someone that’s looking for the opportunity to be a Production Supervisor position when the current person retires.

Whether the customer requires high or low volume production, large or small parts; they can save the customer time and money. + **Compensation:** Depending on qualifications/experience, this opportunity can offer up to an hourly rate of $30 per hour ($62,400) plus paid overtime and gain sharing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

+ Follows daily schedule from Production Supervisor.

+ Reviews Production Process Sheets. Must be able to read, understand, follow, communicate, and record accurate information.

+ Assists in training new employees.

+ Assists in overseeing company operation.

+ Assists in assuring all safety rules are being obeyed.

+ Other duties designated by the Production Supervisor and Plant Foreman.

Competency Requirements:

+ Able to read the process sheet and follow written and verbal directions.

+ Able to fill out production/process sheets documents.

+ Able to manage existing employees and train new employees.

+ Able to use all of the company equipment safely and keep up with production demands.

+ Understand safety requirements for the company.

Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of leadership experience with direct reports.

+ Induction casting experience.

+ Bilingual is a plus.

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
