Our client, a leader in innovative technology and robotics, is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Senior Facilities Technician you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Facilities Technician

What's the Job?

+ Oversee facility upgrades, space planning, and layout optimization for offices, and manufacturing areas.

+ Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues.

+ Support workspace setups, office moves, and furniture assembly.

+ Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.

+ Maintain accurate records of repairs, service requests, and vendor interactions.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Familiarity with basic tools, building systems, and safety protocols.

+ Ability to lift and move equipment and perform physical tasks as needed.
