    Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Law Clerk to join their legal team. As a Law Clerk, you will be an integral part of the legal department, supporting attorneys with research, drafting, and review of legal documents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Law Clerk

    **Location:** Onsite in Little Rock, Arkansas

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist attorneys with legal research and analysis on regulatory and corporate law issues

    + Draft legal memoranda, briefs, pleadings, and contract provisions

    + Review work products and discovery documents for relevance and strategic value

    + Support contractual drafting and review processes

    + Participate in stakeholder and departmental meetings to gain industry exposure

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school, pursuing a JD degree

    + Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0

    + Strong written and oral communication skills

    + Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office tools

    + Ability to work flexibly up to 15 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours during summer
