    **Location:** Santa Rosa, CA (100% Onsite)

    **Duration:** 6 Months, conversion to fulltime later

    **Pay Range :** $44/hr to $48/hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a “ **Program Manager** ” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Programs Manager (EHS - Environmental Health and Safety) – Safety, Facilities, and OPEX with 3+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and program management. This on-site role, based in Santa Rosa, CA, focuses on ensuring workplace safety, managing EHS programs, and supporting operational excellence initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor workplace safety and conduct risk assessments

    • Lead EHS training, audits, and incident investigations

    • Manage hazardous material handling and compliance

    • Oversee emergency response plans and site security

    • Provide facilities oversight and project management support for OPEX initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (or equivalent experience)

    • 3+ years of hands-on and program-level EHS experience

    • Strong understanding of EHS regulations and safety standards

    • Excellent communication and project management skills
