Our client, the event management industry, is seeking an Event Attendant to join their team. As an Event Attendant, you will be part of the operations support team supporting high-profile events in Virginia Beach. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional demeanor, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Event Attendant

**Location:** Virginia Beach, VA

**Pay Range:** $17 per hour

**Shift:** Varies by event – includes evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts

What's the Job?

+ Manage access control to ensure secure entry and exit points at events

+ Maintain crowd control and monitor door activity to ensure safety

+ Greet guests and validate tickets efficiently and courteously

+ Provide overnight supervision and support as a Room Monitor

+ Handle guest belongings with care as a Coat Check Attendant

What's Needed?

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments

+ Professional appearance and demeanor

+ Prior experience in event support or hospitality is a plus but not required

+ Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
