    Laboratory Technician

     

    _Location:_ Cincinnati, OH

     

    _Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM_

     

    _Weekly Pay: $20/hour_

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Laboratory Technician** to support scientific research and development efforts. You’ll conduct chemical and physical tests to assist in the analysis of solids, liquids, and gases—contributing to product innovation, quality control, environmental safety, and more.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Optimize lab procedures to produce reliable and impactful results.

    + Handle sensitive equipment to analyze samples and report findings to the lab manager.

    + Receive, label, and analyze various samples (e.g., blood, tissue, toxic substances).

    + Design and execute tests following standard procedures; interpret and document findings.

    + Conduct experiments to verify or reject hypotheses using refined scientific methods.

    + Organize and store chemicals, fluids, and gases safely.

    + Accurately record all data in both paper and electronic formats.

    + Maintain lab equipment and assist with inventory and supply orders.

    + Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, orderly lab environment.

    Qualifications

    + Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline **or** equivalent work experience.

    + Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and scientific terminology.

    + Skilled in using lab equipment and performing statistical analysis.

    + Ability to prepare clear, concise reports based on findings.
