Our client, a leading organization in the data center and construction industry, is seeking a Construction Manager – Data Center Projects to join their team. As a Construction Manager – Data Center Projects, you will be part of the Construction Department supporting project execution and site management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all project phases.

+ Coordinate project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of contractual milestones.

+ Conduct regular site visits, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

+ Lead weekly progress meetings with internal teams and external contractors to align project objectives.

+ Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and project specifications.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience managing active construction sites, with a focus on safety and quality assurance.

+ Strong project coordination skills, including stakeholder management and progress tracking.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

+ Knowledge of construction safety standards, risk management, and cost control techniques.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project.
