    Our client, a leader in the healthcare diagnostics industry, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join their team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be part of the Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) supporting project execution and team leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Associate Clinical Project Manager

    **Location:** Middletown, VA

    **Pay Range:** $34/hr-$36/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead detailed planning and management of operations activities across multiple projects to ensure timely and successful completion.

    + Develop solutions and strategies for complex or novel situations, applying risk management practices and continuous improvement tools.

    + Track project status at a detailed level, acting with urgency to expedite critical tasks and resolve issues promptly.

    + Maintain and manage project artifacts such as project plans, midterm reviews, closeout reports, and lessons learned documentation.

    + Communicate project status effectively to internal stakeholders, customers, and participate in scheduled partner business meetings.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    + 4+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
