    Dept Lead –$13/Hour

    + **The candidate would have to be available to work either 1** **st** **or 2** **nd** **shifts**

    Essential Functions

    Investigate and resolve issues related to Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Location Control.

     

    Assist in investigate and respond to Customer Claims. Maintain and submit the monthly reports to Management.

    Provide support with Office /Warehouse tasks, receiving/shipping/inventory as needed; activities such:

    + Receiving/Shipping Office tasks for In bond/Domestic

    + Answering customer calls,

    + Managing routine issues,

    + Preparing shipping documents, such as invoice/picking list, bills of lading, shipping orders/labeling and packaging requirements.

    + Verification of material in staging area

    + Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up of normal & expedited material.

    + Complete & submit to customer necessary management reports as required (inventory,

    billing; receiving & shipping)

    + Receiving/Shipping floor tasks (Unloading/Sorting/put away/picking/labeling/loading)

     

    Inventory and Transaction accuracy in computer systems

     

    Perform additional inventory management related functions such as monitoring slow moving or damaged.

     

    material, conducts cycle counting and yearly inventories if applicable, and daily, weekly, monthly reporting,

     

    etc.

     

    Record Keeping

     

    Document Control and Filing

     

    Creation of parcel shipment labels (UPS, FedEx…)

     

    Perform other related duties as required by Supervisor.
