The Opportunity

The Content Intelligence & AI Innovation Manager will lead how we harness data and generative AI to streamline business operations, transform story telling, and elevate our content and marketing impact. We’re looking for a builder–storyteller who will design scalable AI workflows and help translate insights into compelling, multi-format content that accelerates adoption and growth.

What You’ll Do

Content Intelligence & Innovation:

+ Build data-driven content strategies using AI analytics and predictive insights.

+ Create and optimize multi-format content (articles, reports, videos, interactive assets, podcasts) with AI-assisted workflows.

+ Scale editorial output with natural-language generation, fine-tuned GPT models, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).

Technical Enablement & Data Infrastructure:

+ Work with structured & unstructured data (CRM, marketing performance, web analytics) to uncover insights.

+ Stand up lightweight databases, dashboards, and pipelines to track content performance, engagement, and ROI.

+ Integrate and evaluate generative AI tools/APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai, custom GPT models) for automation and personalization.

AI Research & Experimentation:

+ Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and platforms; assess business value and fit for content operations.

+ Prototype and deploy AI apps (low/no-code) for editorial support, audience segmentation, and content enrichment.

+ Test and refine AI-driven SEO, personalization, and recommendation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

+ Partner with Editorial, Marketing, and Data to deliver AI-enabled projects across the business.

+ Present insights to leadership with clear storytelling, reports, and visualizations.

+ Drive AI adoption as an internal champion—educate colleagues on tools, workflows, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Table

+ 3–5+ years in AI/ML-enabled content, marketing tech, product ops, or data roles.

+ Skilled in working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai) and concepts like fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

+ Comfort with database management (SQL, Supabase, Pinecone, etc.) and data analysis tools (Excel, Python, or BI dashboards).

+ Demonstrated ability to combine data storytelling with content creation, producing assets that are both technically sound and audience-focused.

+ Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience extracting insights from structured and unstructured data.

+ Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex AI/technical concepts into engaging narratives.

+ A creative and forward-thinking approach to using technology for content and business strategy innovation.

+ Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

+ Nice to have: dbt/ETL, evaluation frameworks, CRM/analytics familiarity (SFDC/HubSpot, GA), responsible AI practices.

+ 💰Salary Range: $110K–$145K (dependent on experience level)
