    **Job Title:** Customer Service Representative-Sucker Rod/Rod Pump

    **Location:** Odessa, Texas, United States

    **Department:** Geozone Operations

    **Reports To:** Operations Manager

    **Position Type:** Full-Time, Shop-Based

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Odessa-based team. This is a shop-based role focused on supporting the assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and testing of oilfield equipment (Sucker Rod/Rod Pump). The ideal candidate will assist senior technicians, follow structured learning plans, and contribute to high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Safety and Compliance

    + Follow all Weatherford HSE policies and procedures

    + Maintain a safe and clean work environment

    + Participate in safety meetings and report hazards or incidents

    Operations

    + Assist in assembling and disassembling tools and equipment under supervision

    + Support senior technicians in equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance

    + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on field equipment

    + Follow work instructions and OEPS standards

    + Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

    Quality

    + Ensure all work meets Weatherford’s quality standards

    + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

    Communication and Teamwork

    + Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals

    Learning and Development

    + Complete assigned learning plans, including online modules and classroom training

    + Take initiative to grow technical knowledge and hands-on skills

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + 1 to 3 years of related mechanical or oilfield experience

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

    + Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Basic computer literacy

    Preferred:

    + Experience in oilfield equipment maintenance or repair

    + Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems
